Community Homes and Apartments |
People
are supported in a variety of Community Homes or Apartments. These
settings include actual community homes for 2-3 people or apartments
for 1-2 people, which provide a nurturing environment with 24-hour
supervision or less, if appropriate, and based upon individual needs
for people with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges.
Whether
a person needs a day, a night, a weekend, or possibly longer, Community
Interactions' Respite program offers round the clock caring services
and supports for the individual in a warm and inviting atmosphere, in
an emergency or planned basis. The Respite program is offered in any
one of the community homes identified for respite or in an apartment
complex where Community Interactions has established contacts. |
