In-home supports from Community Interactions are offered to people with challenges, whether these individuals live with family or live independently. A Team Leader will match appropriate staff with each person, work closely with them and their circle of support, to develop and monitor delivered services.

The person, with his or her family and friends, decides how, where, when and by whom the services will be provided. This approach to self-determination is designed to give people the services that improve the quality of their lives on their own terms, while helping them to gain greater independence and lead full and meaningful lives.
