Programs & Services
Community Interactions provides personalized services for individuals with intellectual, physical and behavioral health challenges, including: Residential and Day Program Services, Life-sharing, In-Home Supports, and Supported Employment. While we are able to offer these services where needed, we currently serve individuals in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Central Pennsylvania and the state of Delaware.
Our mission and values along with the principles of self-determination, drive us with a sense of purpose to be outcome-based for the individuals we serve. Our services are community-based and we support individuals to live full and productive lives within their community. Individuals and their personal teams are empowered to drive the delivery of services, whether in their home, socially, or on the job.
Given that programs are tailored to meet individual needs, our services vary in structure to include 24/7 staff support or as little as three hours a day. We work to meet the balance of needs and the dignity of risk and self actualization; we believe that the hopes and dreams of the individuals we serve are foremost.
Admissions, the provision of services, and referrals of clients are made without regard to race, color, religious creed, disability, ancestry, national origin (including limited English proficiency), age, or sex.
Program services are made accessible to eligible persons with disabilities through the most practical and economically feasible method available. These methods include, but are not limited to equipment redesign, the provision of aides, and the use of alternative service delivery locations. Structural modifications are considered only as a final option among available methods.
